- 5+ bookings or 60 booked nights
- 5+ guest reviews
- 4.6 or higher guest review score
- 99% or higher accepted booking rate
- 0% partner-initiated cancellation rate

Premier Host celebrates exceptional hospitality. It’s a high bar, but that’s what makes it special. Not there yet? No worries – many aren’t. Use your scorecard to guide you on opportunities for growth. It’s all about progress and delighting guests, one step at a time.
Frequently asked questions
To qualify for Premier Host, listings must maintain a great overall rating, a high acceptance rate, a 0% partner-initiated cancellation rate, consistent bookings across your account and positive guest reviews.
You can view your Premier Host status and track your performance toward the criteria in your scorecard. You can also download a report to see metrics for each reservation to help you identify where to focus to achieve Premier Host status.
Every three months, we review Premier Host listings’ performance over the past twelve months to confirm they still meet the criteria. Eligibility is revisited quarterly, with assessments on 1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November.
Listings that don’t meet the criteria will be removed from the program at that time – but can requalify as soon as they meet them again. View the Premier Host terms and conditions here.
As soon as your listing(s) meet all the criteria, each qualifying property is eligible to display a Premier Host badge in search and on their listing page, and you can start enjoying all the benefits that come with Premier Host status.
