Frequently asked questions

All partners are eligible: hosts and property managers, partners who list hundreds of properties and partners who list just one. As soon as your listing meets the requirements, you’re in!

To qualify for Premier Host, listings must maintain a great overall rating, a high acceptance rate, a 0% partner-initiated cancellation rate, consistent bookings across your account and positive guest reviews.

You can view your Premier Host status and track your performance towards the criteria in your scorecard. You can also download a report to see metrics for each reservation to help you identify where to focus to achieve Premier Host status.

Every three months, we review Premier Host listings’ performance over the past twelve months to confirm whether they still meet the criteria. Eligibility is revisited quarterly, with assessments on 1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November.

 

Listings that don’t meet the criteria will be removed from the programme at that time – but can re-qualify as soon as they meet them again. View the Premier Host terms and conditions here.

As soon as your listings meet all the criteria, each qualifying property is eligible to display a Premier Host badge in search and on their listing page – and you can start enjoying all the benefits that come with Premier Host status.
