Demand is taking off

 Nearly two-thirds of travel professionals expect demand to grow over the next two to three years across leisure, business and regional travel.

Payment options matter

More than 70% of respondents named buy now, pay later, global credit and debit cards and loyalty points or miles as top payment methods.

Local relevance matters

Travellers want to see content that's relevant to them and businesses want to be able to deliver it. However, achieving that degree of localisation is a challenge.

AI usage is not negotiable

79% of APAC travel businesses use AI today and 97% plan to use it moving forward. Priorities span customer service, richer content, smarter pricing and more.
