Based in South Carolina, Big Fish Rentals is a holiday rental management company that operates oceanfront apartments just steps from Myrtle Beach. Despite the popularity of their holiday destination, Chief Technology Officer Chad Bryant noticed connectivity issues between their online travel agency (OTA) websites and their software were hindering their growth. These issues caused the company to suffer from expensive inefficiencies — including missing booking data—which was also having a negative impact on both guest and host experiences.
