What's next for Expedia Group B2B

A clearer identity, the same commitment to partner growth

In Q4 2025, Expedia Group B2B delivered another robust quarter with double digit growth across all regions, and B2B grew 24% year-over-year. Now, our focus is firmly on what comes next for our partners, travelers, and the ecosystem we're building together.

The “why” behind everything we do remains unchanged: to help partners grow by giving them the technology, supply, and intelligence to meet rising traveler expectations, reliably and at scale.

In 2026, we’re doubling down on that commitment.

Expanding our activities capabilities

In December 2025, we entered into a signing protocol to acquire Tiqets, an Amsterdam-based global platform for events and experiences. It’s official — we’ve closed the deal to acquire Tiqets!

Tiqets brings a huge supply of curated experiences from attractions and museums to unique cultural and local events. It expands our activities and experiences offering, giving partners access to an even richer global supply, and unlocks more personalized journeys for travelers.

With Tiqets, we are positioned to provide:

  • more curated selections
  • stronger local expertise
  • AI-driven personalization to help partners differentiate

The goal is simple: unlock more revenue, more engagement, and more value, for partners and for travelers.

Building momentum with complete trips

Travelers increasingly expect trips that are seamless, personalized, and complete. Our partners expect solutions that make delivering those experiences simple.

In 2026 and beyond, we’re extending the power of Rapid API to more lines of business, enabling partners to sell full trip offerings, not just components, through a single, scalable connection.

This shift isn’t just about breadth of supply. It’s about orchestration: bringing together flights, lodging, cars, travel protection, and activities so partners can create end-to-end experiences that convert.

Rapid API expansion pilots include:

  • Car: Partners can boost bookings by offering travelers car rentals from 110+ car rental brands, 45k vendors across 190+ countries worldwide – winning more bookings and improving margins with competitive B2B rates.
  • Travel Protection: Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) is a trip protection assurance that turns non-refundable hotel bookings into flexible stays, allowing travelers to cancel before check-in and receive a full refund with no claims process required. For partners, CFAR drives incremental bookings and conversion while strengthening their protection offering and enhancing traveler confidence and satisfaction.
  • Flights: Enables partners to offer flight-only or flight-led journeys that support higher attach, better monetization, and faster expansion into multi-product travel experiences.
  • Activities: The events and experiences market is forecasted to be the fastest growing line of business – with 70% of consumers preferring to spend money on experiences over material possessions. This API enables partners to build better traveler experiences through tools and technology that give access to global supply and incremental trip items.

These expansions reflect where Expedia Group B2B is heading with deeper integration, richer intelligence, and solutions that help partners meet travelers where they are.

A new look and a clearer identity

Our business has evolved significantly over the past few years. We’ve scaled rapidly, diversified globally, and broadened the ways we power partners.

To reflect that evolution, we recently introduced a new name and visual identity. This refresh is more than cosmetic; it signals who we are today and the direction we’re building toward: a B2B travel ecosystem designed to drive partner success through technology, supply, and partnership.

Looking ahead

Partnership is at the heart of this business. It’s what built us, and it’s what continues to propel us forward. We’re energized by the momentum our partners have helped create — and by the opportunities ahead to build even more value together.

Thank you for continuing to grow with us. The next chapter of Expedia Group B2B is taking shape, and we’re grateful you are a part of it.

Onwards and upwards!
